President's Volunteer Service Award
StarWise International Education is committed to cultivating students' sense of community service and leadership, organizing and guiding students to participate in various local volunteer activities, including the Student Union, Habitat for Humanity, the Marine Corps Conservation Academy, the Homeless Shelter Support Fund, the World Animal Protection Fund, the Rerose Club, and the Autism Care Foundation. When students have accumulated a certain number of volunteer service hours, our mentors will assist them in applying for the President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA), the most recognized volunteer award in the United States, which is signed by the President himself and has a high gold content.
The President's Volunteer Service Award was established in 2003 by the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation to recognize outstanding contributions to community service by individuals and organizations, encouraging more people to actively participate in volunteer service and strengthen social responsibility.
